At USA Hardware we want to offer the best shipping service possible.
For this reason, we use UPS GroundTrac for delivery of over 90%
of our orders.
Note: Shipping and handling charges shown on your order are estimated. For typical items, the costs will be correct. For big and/or heavy items, the estimates shown may not reflect the actual shipping charges. When the actual shipping charges are expected to be more than the estimate provided, you will be notifed by email or telephone. We will not ship until the charges are approved by you. If the shipping charges are less, we will ship the order and reduce the invoice accordingly. Special Conditions Factory Direct Shipping Some items offered by USAHardware.com are shipped direct from the manufacturer. These items can take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Free Shipping Offers On occasion USAHardware.com will offer free shipping specials. Free shipping offers apply to continental USA destinations only. Standard Shipping Continental US Destinations Using Standard Shipping, orders are most often shipped via UPS GroundTrac. For smaller packages, and packages addressed to PO Boxes, we may also use US Mail delivery service. Usual delivery time is 7-10 business days for in stock items. Special orders and factory-direct shipments generally require 2-3 weeks for delivery. Other US Destinations Shipments to US destinations outside of the continental 48 states, will be made via UPS 2nd Day Air or Priority Mail. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of in stock items. APO and FPO Addresses Shipments to APO and FPO addresses are made via Priority Mail. Delivery time to APO and FPO addresses is not guaranteed, and varies widely by destination. In most cases, factory-direct shipments cannot be made to APO/FPO addresses. We can, however, have these items shipped to us, and we will forward them on to APO/FPO addresses. In this case, shipping charges incurred to have the item shipped to us will be added to your total charges. Please allow additional time for processing paperwork associated with APO/FPO shipments. International Destinations We currently ship to Canada and Mexico only. Delivery times vary widely by destination. Any applicable duty, VAT or other taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your country's customs department to determine the applicable taxes and rates. Please allow additional time for processing paperwork associated with international shipments. Expedited Shipping We do offer expedited shipping (UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air) on some items shipped to US destinations. Expedited shipping is not available for international destinations. Contact us at 763-417-0094 for expedited rates. Oversize Items Heavy orders (over 30 lbs) or oversize items may have shipping surcharges. If any surcharges apply that are not included in the total shipping charges displayed on your shopping cart, a message will be sent to you and you will be asked to approve the additional charges before we can ship your order. |
